HR Manager (m/w/d) Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung
Deine Aufgaben:
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Personalentwicklung und Organisationsentwicklung
- Konzeption und Einführung strukturierter Entwicklungsprogramme (z. B. Führungskräfteentwicklung, Talentprogramme, Nachfolgeplanung)
- Planung, Steuerung und Rollout von Maßnahmen der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung über alle Standorte hinweg
- Entwicklung praxisnaher HR-Instrumente und Sicherstellung der operativen Umsetzbarkeit in den Einrichtungen
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und modernen Lernformaten für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationsstrukturen sowie aktive Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
- Steuerung und Evaluation von Maßnahmen anhand relevanter Kennzahlen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Wirksamkeit

Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung strategischer HR- und Entwicklungsprogramme
- Hohe Umsetzungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Konzepte praxisnah und effizient in die Organisation zu bringen
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Moderationskompetenz
- Erfahrung in Change- und Transformationsprozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Organisationsstrukturen
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen HR-Tools und modernen Lernformaten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
