- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch das Team Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit
- Du erstellst Monats- und Quartalsauswertungen sowie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du optimierst und digitalisierst Prozesse, zum Beispiel mit DATEV Unternehmen online
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen, Steuerberater:innen und Betriebsprüfer:innen
- Du schulst, leitest an und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Steuerfachwirt:in.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office bist du versiert und hast Freude daran, Prozesse zu digitalisieren und zu optimieren.
- Als empathische Führungspersönlichkeit kommunizierst du auf Augenhöhe, triffst klare Entscheidungen und förderst den Teamgeist.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).
