Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und verantwortest die Planung sowie die termingerechte Umsetzung unserer Modul- und Tiny-House-Projekte
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen berätst du sie während des gesamten Bauprozesses und stellst eine hohe Zufriedenheit sicher
- Mithilfe von CAD erstellst und optimierst du Fertigungspläne und steuerst die anschließende Produktion an unseren CNC-Maschinen
- Du überwachst und sicherst die Qualität aller handwerklichen Arbeiten – vom Rohbau über den Einbau von Fenstern und Türen bis zum finalen Innenausbau
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team packst du auch selbst mit an und fertigst hochwertige Holzbauelemente wie Möbel oder Außenverkleidungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zimmerer:in oder Meister:in im Zimmererhandwerk
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über nachweisbare Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung als Führungskraft oder Teamleiter:in
- Du trittst strukturiert auf, besitzt Planungsfähigkeiten und arbeitest selbstständig sowie sorgfältig
- Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und flexibel mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft für Team und Projekte
- Du bist belastbar bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in CNC und CAD
- Du hast Erfahrungen in Baukalkulation und Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office
- Du besitzt idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B und/oder BE

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
