Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenständig die Finanzbuchhaltung für verschiedene Kapital- und Personengesellschaften, insbesondere aus der Immobilienbranche.
- Sie erstellen die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und nutzen dafür schwerpunktmäßig DATEV.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team wirken Sie bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses mit.
- Sie verantworten die Erstellung der betrieblichen Steuererklärungen und stellen die fristgerechte Übermittlung an die Behörden sicher.
- Sie bereiten betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen und Ad-hoc-Analysen auf, die dem Management als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage dienen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter:in / Steuerfachwirt:in oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung bzw. im Jahresabschluss
- Sie haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und haben idealerweise Datev-Kenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und gleichzeitig teamorientiert und zeigen hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
