Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist interne und externe fachliche Ansprechperson für den Bereich Netzservice Strom
- Du führst operative Tätigkeiten durch, insbesondere die Beschaffung und Aufbereitung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten sowie die Prognose von Energiemengen
- Du optimierst Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe und spezifizierst neue Anforderungen an IT-Systeme
- Du erstellst Arbeitsanleitungen und Prozessbeschreibungen
- Du kontrollierst Monitoring-Berichte zur Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungsqualität
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenveranstaltungen
- Du planst, steuerst und koordinierst Kundenprojekte und kommunizierst mit Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (bspw. der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Interesse an energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Freude am Umgang mit Daten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen, wie Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent
- Du bist teamorientiert und kommunikationsstark und zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
