Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Beschaffung und Aufbereitung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten und erstellst auf dieser Basis präzise Prognosen für Energiemengen.
- Du analysierst bestehende Arbeitsabläufe im Netzservice Strom, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und definierst in Abstimmung mit der IT neue Systemanforderungen.
- Du planst und koordinierst Kundenprojekte, agierst als fachliche Ansprechperson für interne sowie externe Stakeholder und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher.
- Du sicherst die Dienstleistungsqualität durch die Kontrolle von Monitoring-Berichten und erstellst verständliche Arbeitsanleitungen sowie Prozessbeschreibungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Energiebranche und hast Freude daran, datengestützt Prozesse zu analysieren und zu optimieren.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit, um Projekte voranzutreiben.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich souverän mit Kunden und im Team auszutauschen.
