Du betreust und optimierst eigenständig unser Kundenportfolio im Bereich der Wohngebäudeversicherung und stellst die Qualität der Vertragsdaten sicher.
Du führst anspruchsvolle Verhandlungen mit Versicherern, insbesondere bei Sanierungsmaßnahmen, und vertrittst dabei souverän die Interessen unserer Kunden.
Du übersetzt dein Fachwissen in konkrete Anforderungen und definierst die fachliche Logik für unsere internen Software-Tools wie Salesforce und KI-Anwendungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem IT-Team zusammen, um die entwickelten Prozesse zu implementieren und sicherzustellen, dass die Technik den Arbeitsalltag spürbar erleichtert.
