Was erwartet dich?
- Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand: Du disponierst unsere 3 eigenen Abrollkipper sowie diverse externe Abroller und Sattelkipper für den Schüttguttransport
- Du hast alles im Blick: Du koordinierst Behältergestellungen, Tausche und Abholungen und reagierst flexibel auf Änderungen im Tagesgeschäft
- Du kümmerst dich um die digitale Abwicklung: Du arbeitest intensiv mit unserer Branchensoftware, erfasst Aufträge und pflegst Stammdaten
- Du sicherst die Qualität durch Nachbearbeitung: Du prüfst Wiegescheine, ordnest Entsorgungsnachweise zu und klärst Differenzen mit Fahrer:innen oder Kund:innen
- Du bist die Schnittstelle: Du bereitest die abgeschlossenen Aufträge so vor, dass die Abrechnung reibungslos erfolgen kann

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung: Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Spedition, Logistik, Groß- und Außenhandel) mit und/oder hast idealerweise Erfahrung aus der Entsorgungs-, Recycling- oder Baubranche
- Du hast IT-Affinität: Du hast idealerweise schon mit unserer Branchensoftware gearbeitet oder arbeitest dich schnell in komplexe ERP-Systeme ein
- Du verfügst über Branchenwissen: Abfallschlüssel (AVV) und Wiegescheine sind für dich kein Neuland
- Du bist organisiert: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei hohem Telefonaufkommen die Ruhe und hast einen hohen Anspruch an die Datenqualität deiner Arbeit
- Du kommunizierst effektiv: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und findest gegenüber unseren Fahrer:innen und Nachunternehmer:innen immer den richtigen Ton

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
