Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und unterstützt die Niederlassungsleitung sowie das Serviceteam bei allen kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Abläufen.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Planung von Terminen und Touren für die Servicetechniker:innen und kümmerst dich um die Stammdatenpflege sowie die Lagerwirtschaft.
- Du verantwortest die komplette Abwicklung unseres Mietgeschäfts – von der Erstellung der Angebote über die Maschinenübergabe bis zur Sicherheitseinweisung.
- Du berätst Bestands- und Neukund:innen telefonisch zu unseren Produkten sowie deren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt bei der Akquise.
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zum Headquarter, um technische Rückfragen zu klären und die gewonnenen Informationen direkt in die Angebotserstellung einfließen zu lassen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration und Vertriebsunterstützung in einem technischen Umfeld mit
- Du bist handwerklich geschickt, an Technik interessiert und hast gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und ein absolutes Organisationstalent
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
