Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an unseren komplexen Produktionsanlagen, insbesondere im Bereich der Steuerungs-, Antriebs- und Sensortechnik.
- Bei Störungen übernimmst Du die Federführung: Du analysierst Fehlerquellen in hydraulischen sowie pneumatischen Systemen, koordinierst die Instandsetzung und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher.
- Gemeinsam mit den Teams aus Produktion und Anlagenbau entwickelst Du die vorbeugende Instandhaltung weiter, indem Du wiederkehrende Störungen analysierst und nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen umsetzt.
- Du führst und motivierst Dein Team aus der Elektrotechnik, förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung und treibst aktiv die Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen voran.
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung aller relevanten Standards für Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Energie und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Dein Team in diesen Fragen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Geprüfter Industriemeister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Steuerungstechnik und gehst sicher mit elektrischen Schaltplänen um.
- Dein Führungsstil ist teamorientiert und du überzeugst mit einer klaren Ergebnisorientierung sowie einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Erfahrung mit Mittelspannungstransformatoren (11 kV) oder Schmelzöfen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
