Aluminium-Druckguss mit 75-jähriger Geschichte und 200 Mitarbeitenden – bei uns übernimmst du als Industriemeister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb moderner Fertigungsanlagen. Kein Tagesgeschäft von der Stange: Du gestaltest Instandhaltungsprozesse aktiv mit und treibst technische Verbesserungen voran.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst eigenständig Instandhaltungen und Reparaturen der industriellen Anlagen sowie der Grundversorgungsperipherie – immer in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Abteilungen
- Du koordinierst und führst Instandsetzungsarbeiten bei Störungsereignissen eigenverantwortlich durch
- Du analysierst Störungsfälle, leitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und setzt diese konsequent um
- Du initiierst Veränderungsprozesse und treibst sie zielorientiert voran – dabei behältst du dein Team immer im Blick
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Energiestandards in deiner Abteilung sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Prozess- und Anlagenbau zusammen und entwickelst die vorbeugende Instandhaltung aktiv weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Geprüfter Industriemeister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Steuerungstechnik und gehst sicher mit elektrischen Schaltplänen um.
- Dein Führungsstil ist teamorientiert und du überzeugst mit einer klaren Ergebnisorientierung sowie einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Erfahrung mit Mittelspannungstransformatoren (11 kV) oder Schmelzöfen ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
