Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst operativ und strategisch unsere Marketing-Aktivitäten auf Zalando, About You sowie Otto und planst dabei zielgerichtete Kampagnen, die du eigenständig umsetzt und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst
- Du überwachst laufend alle aktiven Kampagnen und analysierst die Performance sowie relevante KPIs, um daraus fundierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung von Reichweite, KUR und Conversion abzuleiten
- Du beobachtest aufmerksam aktuelle Markttrends sowie Plattform-Entwicklungen und identifizierst proaktiv Potenziale, mit denen du neue Impulse für unsere Marketingstrategie setzt
- Du baust ansprechende Contentseiten auf Zalando auf und optimierst diese fortlaufend, damit unsere Markeninszenierung stets konsistent bleibt und die Brand Awareness nachhaltig steigt
- Du erstellst eigenständig kreativen Content für LinkedIn und entwickelst Beiträge, mit denen du unsere Präsenz stärkst und potenzielle Kund:innen sowie Partner:innen gezielt ansprichst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing (mind. 3 Jahre), idealerweise mit Fokus auf Online-Marktplätze wie Zalando, About You oder im klassischen B2C-E-Commerce
- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte analytische Stärke und beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit Kennzahlen wie CR, CTR sowie KUR, um deine Kampagnen erfolgreich zu steuern
- Du bringst eine fundierte Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit, wobei für uns vor allem deine praktische Erfahrung im operativen Brand- und Performance Marketing zählt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit parallelen Projekten stets den Überblick und den Blick fürs Detail
- Du bist ein:e absolute:r Teamplayer:in, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1) sowie Englisch (mind. B2) und hast Freude daran, in einem agilen Umfeld gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
