Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere internationalen Kund:innen im gehobenen Mittelstand im Bereich der Produktion von Industriegütern
- Du analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf Oracle-Lösungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Konfiguration von Oracle Standard-Anwendungen
- Du bringst als Demand- und Supply-Chain-Consultant Kenntnisse im datengetriebenen Forecasting- und Planungsfähigkeiten (z. B. S&OP, MRP, Advanced Analytics) ein, kombinierst diese mit fundierter End-to-End-Prozesskompetenz und nutzt deine Systemexpertise (ERP/APS), um komplexe Liefernetzwerke strategisch zu optimieren
- Du modellierst und spezifizierst produktionsnahe SCM- sowie Planungsprozesse
- Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender:innen durch und reist gelegentlich zu Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Engineering, Logistik oder einem verwandten Feld
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Industrie, vorzugsweise im Bereich Prozessmanagement oder Organisation, gerne aber auch in den Bereichen Demand und Supply Chain Planung, Qualitätsmanagement oder den Sourcing / Procurement Bereichen von produzierenden Unternehmen
- Du hast erste Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Produktion
- Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse der Oracle Applications oder anderen ERP-Systemen, was von Vorteil ist
- Du hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an der Lösung komplexer Geschäftsprobleme
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
