Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Serviceeinsätze in Italien, Griechenland und dem Balkan zur Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen
- Sie betreuen Kund:innen technisch vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb bei technischen Fragestellungen, Tests und Fehlerbehebungen in Neuenburg vor Ort
- Sie führen Maschinen- und Materialtests durch und dokumentieren diese
- Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung neuer Maschinen mit und begleiten die Markteinführung
- Sie führen Kundenschulungen durch

- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung in der Maschinen- oder Anlagentechnik gesammelt und fühlen sich in diesem Umfeld wohl.
- Eine hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere für Einsätze in Südeuropa, ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Italienisch sowie gut auf Deutsch und Englisch, um unsere internationalen Kund:innen optimal zu betreuen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, wobei Sie auch bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen stets eine Lösung finden.
- Mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Ihrem sicheren Auftreten überzeugen Sie im direkten Kundenkontakt und bei Schulungen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
