Was erwartet sie?

Bedarfsermittlung, termin- und mengengerechte Beschaffung von Material und Dienstleistungen
Lieferantensuche und Lieferantenpflege national und im Ausland
Angebotseinholung und Auswertung unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Gesamtkosten und Bedarfstermin
Datenanalyse und -Aufbereitung unter Nutzung von ERP-System und Excel
Halten des Lagerbestandes der Waren auf einem optimalen Level
Klärung von Lieferproblemen, Engpässen und technischen Fragestellungen
Stammdatenpflege, Terminverfolgung, Preis- und Rechnungsprüfung
Vorbereiten und Durchführen von eigenverantwortlichen Preisverhandlungen für Rahmenverträge zur Realisierung der Zielpreise und von Kostensenkungszielen (im Rahmen des Zeichnungsrechtes Auftrag erteilen bzw. zur Entscheidung vorlegen)
Rechtzeitiges Erkennen von Einkaufsrisiken und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Marktforschung innerhalb und außerhalb der EU-Länder
