Was erwartet dich?
- Du errichtest Mauerwerk für Wände und Fassaden im Roh- und Hochbau und legst damit den Grundstein für unsere Bauprojekte.
- Du erstellst passgenaue Schalungen und betonierst Fundamente, Decken sowie Wände nach Plan.
- Anhand von Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen setzt du die architektonischen Vorgaben präzise und fachgerecht um.
- Gemeinsam mit deiner Kolonne packst du bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten auf der Baustelle mit an und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit anderen Gewerken.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Qualität deiner Arbeit und achtest dabei stets auf die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer (m/w/d) oder Hochbaufacharbeiter (m/w/d) in der Tasche.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung im Hochbau mit – aber auch als motivierter Berufseinsteiger bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie zuverlässig und bist körperlich fit und belastbar.
- Deine Begeisterung für das Bauhandwerk und die Freude an handfester Arbeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Für eine reibungslose Verständigung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
