Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Recherche, Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer strategischer Partner in der DACH-Region, um unser Partnernetzwerk gezielt auszubauen.
- Du entwickelst überzeugende Business Cases und Wertversprechen, um potenziellen Partnern den strategischen Mehrwert einer Zusammenarbeit klar aufzuzeigen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson baust du nachhaltige Beziehungen zu deinen Partnern auf und stellst durch regelmäßigen Austausch den gemeinsamen Erfolg sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Marketing-Team planst und steuerst du gemeinsame Go-to-Market-Strategien und Kampagnen.
- Du überwachst die Performance deiner Partnerschaften anhand relevanter KPIs und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für die strategische Weiterentwicklung ab.

- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development oder als Trainer (m/w/d) gesammelt
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein Talent dafür, nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Mit deiner unternehmerischen Denkweise erkennst du strategische Potenziale und hast Freude daran, Verantwortung für eigene Ziele zu übernehmen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
