Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Bau und Renovierung
Im Umgang mit Vermietern, Behörden und Architekten überzeugst du durch Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen dich aus
Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1-Niveau)
