Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung und Abwicklung von Projekten in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) mit klarem Fokus auf Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik.
Von der technischen Projektierung über die Kalkulation bis zur finalen Angebotserstellung entwickelst Du passgenaue Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
Als verantwortliche Bauleitung steuerst Du die Ausführung vor Ort, koordinierst die Montageteams und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budget sicher.
Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, berätst sie während des gesamten Projektverlaufs und pflegst den Kontakt zu Lieferanten und Partnern.
Du verantwortest die termingerechte Materialbeschaffung und stellst durch eine vorausschauende Disposition die reibungslose Versorgung der Baustellen sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Heizung, Klima, Lüftung oder Sanitär (HKLS/SHK) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) mit.
Von der Angebotserstellung über die Materialbestellung bis zur erfolgreichen Bauleitung – du steuerst deine Projekte sicher und eigenverantwortlich.
Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit arbeitest du gerne im Team und überzeugst unsere Kunden mit deiner strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
