Was erwartet dich?
- Du bewertest Fahrzeugschäden anhand von Bild- und Videomaterial und erstellst fundierte Kalkulationen
- Du checkst und hinterfragst Reparaturkalkulationen sowie Rechnungen auf Plausibilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Du bist technische Ansprechperson für unsere Partnerbetriebe und Kund:innen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation
- Du überwachst Reparatur- und Lackierverfahren digital und stellst höchste Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Tools und Prozesse mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Kfz-Meister:in, staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder hast ein Studium im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik abgeschlossen. Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über eine Qualifikation zum Kfz-Sachverständigen (m/w/d)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Kalkulationssystemen (z. B. DAT, Audatex) und hast ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Reparaturmethoden
- Du hast Freude an digitalen Prozessen und modernen Softwarelösungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und ein souveränes Auftreten am Telefon und in der schriftlichen Korrespondenz
- Du arbeitest präzise, eigenverantwortlich und hast den Blick für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
