Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest den betriebsärztlichen Dienst
- Du betreust die Mitarbeitenden in einem interdisziplinären Forschungsumfeld gemäß ArbMedVV und ASiG arbeitsmedizinisch
- Du führst Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Impfungen und Beratungsgespräche durch
- Du berätst Beschäftigte zu arbeitsbedingten Gesundheitsrisiken, ergonomischen Fragestellungen und gesundheitsförderndem Verhalten
- Du wirkst bei der Gestaltung gesunder und sicherer Arbeitsbedingungen mit und begleitest sowie berätst das Betriebliche Gesundheits- und Eingliederungsmanagement
- Du nimmst an Projekten zur Förderung der Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Humanmedizin mit Approbation
- Du bist anerkannt als Facharzt/ -ärztin für Arbeitsmedizin oder als Facharzt/ -ärztin in einem anderen Gebiet mit der Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Grundlagen (ArbMedVV, ASiG, ArbSchG)
- Du bringst hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Beratungskompetenz mit
- Du hast Freude an der Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in wissenschaftlich-technischen Arbeitsbereichen und ein hohes Interesse an Teamarbeit sowie Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren betrieblichen Akteuren
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
