Immobilienmanager in der Hausverwaltung (m/w/d)
Dein Fokus liegt auf der Verwaltung von Immobilienbeständen, insbesondere im Bereich der Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung. Du erstellst Betriebs-, Heizkosten- und Wohngeldabrechnungen, koordinierst externe Dienstleister und steuerst bestehende Verträge im technischen und infrastrukturellen Bereich. Dabei behältst du sowohl wirtschaftliche Aspekte als auch die Qualität der Immobilien im Blick und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Optimierung des Bestands.
Ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit ist die Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Behörden und Dienstleistern. Du fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner, berätst kompetent in allen immobilienbezogenen Fragestellungen und sorgst für eine lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Anliegen.
Im Rahmen der Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung unterstützt du zudem die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen und trägst dazu bei, Entscheidungen strukturiert umzusetzen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Hausverwaltung und/oder die Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentum
- Sie erstellen Betriebs- und Heizkosten- bzw. Wohngeldabrechnungen
- Sie steuern und kontrollieren technische und infrastrukturelle Dienstleistungsverträge
- Sie optimieren stetig den Bestand in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem hauseigenen Technikteam, da wir eine dynamische Weiterentwicklung aller unserer verwalteten Immobilien anstreben
- Sie führen alle Tätigkeiten eines kompetenten Immobilienverwalters (m/w/d) aus
- Sie beraten Kund:innen persönlich und telefonisch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, vorzugsweise als Immobilienkauffrau / -mann (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung von Wohnimmobilien
- Sie treten freundlich, sicher und gepflegt auf
- Sie bringen umfassendes Verwaltungs-Know-how mit und zeichnen sich durch hohe Beratungskompetenz, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz aus
- Sie verfolgen Lösungen zielstrebig und mit vollem Engagement, wobei Ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität Sie unterstützen
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, zielorientiert und flexibel und bringen gute EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
