- Du planst und steuerst Teil- und Komplettladungen (LTL/FTL) im nationalen und internationalen Straßentransport
- Du verhandelst Preise mit Frachtführern und kaufst aktiv Laderaum am Markt zu
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen, erstellst Transportangebote und überwachst die Termineinhaltung
- Du verfolgst die Sendungen proaktiv und löst Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft souverän
- Du erstellst alle notwendigen Frachtpapiere und übernimmst die Abrechnungsvorbereitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der LKW-Disposition und im Umgang mit Frachtenbörsen (z. B. Timocom)
- Du bist verhandlungssicher, entscheidungsfreudig und hast ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fahrern und Kunden
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Kommunikation
- Du behältst auch bei hohem Sendungsaufkommen kühlen Kopf und setzt Prioritäten richtig
