Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kund:innen – von der Konzeption über die Einrichtung bis zur laufenden Betreuung von Servern, Netzwerken und Cloud-Diensten.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Microsoft-Umgebungen stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb von Windows Server, Active Directory und Microsoft 365 sicher.
- Im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support löst du komplexe Anfragen souverän, sowohl remote als auch direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort.
- Du bringst deine Expertise aktiv in IT-Projekte ein, sei es bei der Standortvernetzung, der Implementierung von Firewalls oder der Virtualisierung von Systemen.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team sorgst du für eine lückenlose Systemdokumentation und entwickelst unsere internen IT-Standards kontinuierlich weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration oder im Kundensupport mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Windows-Servern, Netzwerken, Firewalls und Microsoft 365
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist bereit, gelegentlich im DACH-Raum zu reisen, wobei dir ein Firmenfahrzeug oder eine Spesenregelung zur Verfügung steht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
