Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Einkommensteuererklärungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm und arbeitest dabei routiniert mit DATEV.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und stellst sicher, dass die Interessen unserer Mandant:innen optimal vertreten werden.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson kommunizierst du proaktiv mit Mandant:innen sowie Finanzämtern und klärst alle steuerlichen Anfragen professionell.
- Im Team unterstützt du deine Kolleg:innen bei komplexen steuerlichen Fragestellungen und trägst so aktiv zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einkommensteuer und Erfahrung im Erstellen von Steuererklärungen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Du besitzt Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit DATEV, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
