Als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Tablettierung und Verkapselung bist Du für die Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln verantwortlich. Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards gemäß HACCP und ISO 9001 sicher und führst In-Prozess-Kontrollen sowie Dokumentationen durch.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bedienung, Einrichtung und Überwachung unserer Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Tabletten und Kapseln.
- Du sicherst die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte durch sorgfältige In-Prozess-Kontrollen und eine lückenlose Dokumentation nach HACCP- und ISO 9001-Standards.
- Du bist für die Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen verantwortlich und unterstützt dein Team aktiv bei Rüstvorgängen und Formatwechseln.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team arbeitest du an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse und bringst deine Ideen zur Verbesserung ein.
- Du gewährleistest die wichtige Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen und sicheren Produktionsablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittel-, Pharma- oder technischen Bereich (z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer:in) oder bringst vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Tablettierung und/oder Verkapselung sammeln.
- Du besitzt ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich HACCP sowie im Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 9001.
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um die Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards jederzeit zu gewährleisten.
