Wir sind ein dynamisches Unternehmen im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik, das sich auf hochwertige Lösungen in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär (HLKS) spezialisiert hat. Unsere Projekte umfassen gewerbliche Bauten sowie Großprojekte von Wohn- und Bürogebäuden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n) Projektkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), der/die bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung unserer Bauprojekte unterstützt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Verantwortung für unsere Bauprojekte im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (HLKS) und steuerst diese über den gesamten Projektzyklus.
- Du verantwortest das gesamte Projektcontrolling, überwachst Budgets sowie Kosten mit MS Office und erstellst präzise Prognosen zur Sicherung der Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projekt- und Bauleitung managst du das Vertrags- und Forderungsmanagement gegenüber Kunden sowie Lieferanten und wirkst beim Materialeinkauf mit.
- Du steuerst das Rechnungswesen nach HGB, bearbeitest Zahlungsvorgänge mit DATEV und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für externe Dienstleister und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer kaufmännischen Prozesse, indem du Abläufe optimierst und die Digitalisierung im Projektgeschäft vorantreibst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein BWL-Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bauwesen, der Immobilienwirtschaft oder im Controlling.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder Baukaufmännischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
- Sie gehen sicher mit MS Office um und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit DATEV oder einer ähnlichen Branchensoftware gesammelt.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrer hohen Zahlenaffinität behalten Sie stets den Überblick.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer zeichnen Sie sich durch Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent aus.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
