In dieser Schlüsselposition trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau, die Steuerung und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer unternehmensweiten Managementsysteme.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung als Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) für Managementsysteme nach bspw. ISO 9001, EMAS/14001, 27001, ESG/CSRD
- Du berätst und auditierst alle, die in ihrer Rolle Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, normativer und interner Anforderungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene tragen
- Du führst, entwickelst und motivierst ein interdisziplinäres Team von Fachspezialist:innen, das stärker international ausgerichtet und harmonisiert werden soll
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für Audits, Zertifizierungen, Risikobewertungen und Management-Review
- Du förderst eine unternehmensweite Compliance-, Sicherheits- und Risikokultur

Dein Profil:
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung mit Managementsystemen zu Compliance, Informationssicherheit, Nachhaltigkeit, Arbeitssicherheit und Risikoabschätzung auf Basis eines abgeschlossenen Studiums (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Leitungsfunktion mit, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Du hast erfolgreich internationale Strukturen und Prozesse für die oben aufgeführten Fachthemen aufgebaut und gesteuert, mit Verbindlichkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Gestaltungswille
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast ein Talent für's Netzwerken, Durchsetzungsvermögen, interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft
