Was erwartet dich?
- Fachliche Teamführung & Planung: Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Schicht. Du coachst dein Team, planst die Einsätze und sorgst dafür, dass heute alles läuft und für morgen alles bereitsteht.
- Produktion & Technik: Du bist „nah dran“ am Geschehen. Du richtest Maschinen ein, behebst kleine Fehler selbst und packst bei Bedarf in der Produktion oder im Lager mit an.
- Qualität & Administration: Du hast die Zahlen und Standards im Griff. Von der Bestandsaufnahme (Zykluszählungen) über die Freigabe von Buchungen bis hin zur sauberen Dokumentation bei Produktwechseln liegt die Verantwortung bei dir.
- Optimierung & Sicherheit: Du denkst mit. Du schulst dein Team in Standards, treibst Lean-Methoden (wie 5S) voran und achtest penibel darauf, dass alle Sicherheitsrichtlinien eingehalten werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Fundament & Erfahrung: Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Produktion sowie mindestens 4 Jahre Berufspraxis (idealerweise im medizinischen Umfeld).
- Fach- & IT-Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit Lagersystemen (ERP/Oracle), MS Office und Flurförderzeugen sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Führung & Kommunikation: Erste Erfahrung als Teamleitung sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch für die Abstimmung im Team.
- Struktur & Mindset: Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch wenn es mal hektisch wird (Belastbarkeit).
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Ein hoher Anspruch an Qualität, Sicherheit und eine saubere Arbeitsweise.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
