Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen und Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft wirklich weiterbringen? In dieser Rolle prüfst und kaufst du Rechnungen eigenständig an, steuerst Debitorenlimite entlang klarer Risikovorgaben und sorgst für reibungslose Auszahlungen sowie saubere Verbuchungen. Gleichzeitig bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Factoringkund:innen, treibst aktives Forderungsmanagement voran und gestaltest Prozesse kontinuierlich mit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst Rechnungen deiner Factoringnehmer und kaufst sie eigenständig an
- Du legst Debitorenstammdaten an, pflegst sie und hältst sie auf dem aktuellen Stand
- Du prüfst, beantragst und verwaltest Debitorenlimite im Rahmen der Risikovorgaben
- Du bereitest die Auszahlungen nach erfolgreichem Ankauf vor und verbuchst Zahlungseingänge, klärst offene Posten aktiv
- Du führst Mahnläufe durch und betreibst aktives Forderungsmanagement
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für deine Factoringkund:innen im Tagesgeschäft und kommunizierst sowie stimmst dich mit unserer Kreditversicherung ab
- Du gestaltest und verbesserst Prozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung – Kenntnisse im Factoring oder Forderungsmanagement sind ein Plus
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Kreditlimite und Warenkreditversicherungen, was von Vorteil ist
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um – weitere Systeme lernst du bei uns schnell
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, verlierst dabei aber nie den Blick für deine Kund:innen
- Du kommunizierst klar und direkt – ob mit Kund:innen, Kolleg:innen oder der Versicherung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
