Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Grundstücks- und Gebäudebetreuung sowie die technische Verantwortung
- Sie beurteilen, planen und priorisieren Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit den Betriebsverantwortlichen
- Sie verwalten das Budget und überwachen Kosten und Termine
- Sie bereiten Ausschreibungen vor, vergeben Aufträge und koordinieren externe Dienstleister wie Planer, Gutachter und Handwerksbetriebe
- Sie wickeln Liegenschaftsangelegenheiten ab und bereiten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung auf
- Sie steuern und entwickeln eigenständig Projekte weiter, auch auf der „grünen Wiese“

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Baugingenieur (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bau- und Immobilienrecht und haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden und externen Partnern
- Sie treten souverän auf und haben eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig und sind bereit, Verantwortung von Beginn an zu übernehmen
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
