Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die lokale Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie stellen eine ordnungsgemäße, fristgerechte Buchhaltung nach HGB und IFRS sicher
- Sie führen die täglichen Buchhaltungsprozesse durch bzw. organisieren diese (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch, Anlagenbuchhaltung)
- Sie betreuen und sichern die Qualität der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (inkl. Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Intercompany, etc.)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das IFRS-Reporting und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzern sowie die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der monatlichen IFRS-Reporting-Packages für die Konzernzentrale
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Group Accounting und überwachen und setzen konzernweite Bilanzierungsrichtlinien um, während Sie laufend mit dem CFO abstimmen
- Sie unterstützen bei steuerlichen Themen (Umsatzsteuer, Betriebsprüfungen etc.) und arbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Kontrollen und Einhaltung von Compliance-Anforderungen mit
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Controlling, Einkauf und Projektmanagement zusammen und optimieren und standardisieren die Buchhaltungsprozesse (inkl. digitaler Workflows und ERP-Prozesse)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, BWL, Finance o. ä. oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in IHK)
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in IFRS und HGB (idealerweise Erfahrung mit PoC-Themen)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. ProAlpha) und Excel
- Sie denken analytisch, arbeiten strukturiert und haben ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
