Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegedienstleitung übernimmst du die Mitverantwortung für die Personalführung, -planung und -entwicklung unseres Pflegeteams
- Du stellst die hohe Qualität unserer ambulanten Pflege sicher, indem du Pflegevisiten durchführst, bei MDK-Begutachtungen unterstützt und im Qualitätsmanagement mitwirkst
- Du planst und organisierst eigenverantwortlich die Dienst- und Tourenpläne und stellst so eine optimale Versorgung unserer Klienten sicher
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du den Kontakt zu Klienten, deren Angehörigen sowie zu externen Partnern wie Ärzten und Therapeuten
- Du sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse, unter anderem mit MediFox, und übernimmst zugehörige administrative Tätigkeiten

Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) und bringst idealerweise bereits eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) mit
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege sammeln und hast ein tiefes Verständnis für die Abläufe in der ambulanten Versorgung
- Als Organisationstalent übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung und bringst erste Führungserfahrung sowie eine hohe Teamfähigkeit mit
- Auch in herausfordernden Situationen behältst du den Überblick und begegnest Klientinnen, Klienten und dem Team mit viel Empathie und Engagement
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise schon mit einer Pflegesoftware wie MediFox gearbeitet
