Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und steuerst Projekte ganzheitlich, inklusive Bauablaufplanung, Genehmigungsmanagement, Nachunternehmerbeauftragung sowie Leitung der Baustellen vor Ort
- Du stellst Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards sicher, indem du das Personal unterweist, alle Vorschriften einhältst und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung betreibst
- Du unterstützt die Arbeitsvorbereitung, den Einkauf und das Ressourcenmanagement, planst Kalkulation, Material- und Geräteeinsatz, koordinierst Personal und bindest Nachunternehmer ein
- Du übernimmst Kommunikation und Führung als Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber und Projektbeteiligte sowie durch fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden auf der Baustelle
- Du trägst Verantwortung für Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Budget, indem du den Baufortschritt dokumentierst, die Bauakte führst, die Abrechnung sicherstellst und Nachträge mitbearbeitest

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Eisenbahn-, Tief- oder Ingenieurbau. Alternativ bringst Du eine einschlägige technische Ausbildung mit.
- Erste Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter*in oder Bauüberwacher*in ist von Vorteil.
- Persönliche Stärken: Hohe Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.
- Arbeitsweise: Eine sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- IT-Kompetenz: Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Systemen wie MS Office, Arriba, Tilos, SOG oder iTWO wünschenswert,
- Flexibilität: Du bist da, wo die Baustelle ist und bereit Nacht- und Wochenendarbeit zu leisten. Zusätzlich bringst du eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit allen Projektbeteiligten sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
