Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und/oder baust ein Team aus bis zu 8 Wundmanagern (m/w/d) im Außendienst auf
- Du erschließt und erweiterst Gebiete im Sinne der Firmenexpansion
- Du bildest neue Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) in deinem Gebiet aus und weiter
- Du leitest und begleitest bei Akquisegesprächen und Wundversorgungen im Zuge von Mitfahrten
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts sicher und optimierst Kalender- und Zeitmanagement sowie die Tourenplanung
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen der Regionalleitung und den Wundmanagern und führst regelmäßige Umsatzbesprechungen mit deinem Team durch
- Du löst Konflikte win-win-orientiert und baust ein Netzwerk in deinem Gebiet auf
- Du analysierst und bereitest Gebiete für neue Teammitglieder vor und erschließt diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im humanmedizinischen Bereich, z.B. als Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r (MFA)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägtes und umfangreiches Wissen in der modernen Wundversorgung; eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Wundmanager:in ist wünschenswert
- Du hast weiterführende Erfahrung in der Personalführung und Menschenkenntnis, z.B. als Pflegedienstleitung, Wohnbereichsleitung oder Praxisanleitung
- Du bist kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstark und hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du besitzt fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten in der Kundenakquise und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B (Alt Klasse 3) und Technikaffinität im Umgang mit z.B. Laptop und Handy
- Du kannst ein aktuelles polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorweisen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
