Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Akquisition von Neukund:innen sowie den Ausbau bzw. die Pflege von Bestandskund:innen in deinem Verkaufsgebiet
- Du führst Preisverhandlungen und das Reporting nach Vorgaben der Vertriebsleitung durch
- Du pflegst sämtliche Kund:innendaten mit einer firmeninternen Vertriebssoftware
- Du überwachst und beobachtest die Entwicklungen am Markt
- Du bist in der Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebs- bzw. Marketingaktionen involviert
- Du arbeitest eng und teamorientiert mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder ähnliches
- Du bringst fundierte mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst mit und kannst nachgewiesene Vertriebserfolge vorweisen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und bist teamfähig
- Du hast eine starke Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsstärke
- Du trittst authentisch, selbstsicher und engagiert auf
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du beherrschst alle gängigen MS-Office-Programme und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
