Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die vollumfängliche Verantwortung für unsere Automatisierungsprojekte – von der initialen Anforderungsanalyse mit dem Kunden bis zur finalen Inbetriebnahme.
- Dafür erstellen Sie detaillierte Pflichtenhefte und steuern aktiv die Zeit-, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung über den gesamten Projektverlauf.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson führen und koordinieren Sie interdisziplinäre Projektteams und stellen einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen allen Gewerken sicher.
- Sie agieren als souveräne Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden, führen Abstimmungsgespräche und managen proaktiv das Anforderungs- und Änderungsmanagement.
- Sie planen und begleiten entscheidende Meilensteine wie Werks- und Endabnahmen (FAT/SAT) und sichern so die Qualität unserer Anlagen bei Kunden weltweit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch (C1 Niveau) und gehen routiniert mit MS Office-Anwendungen um, während Sie strukturiert arbeiten
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Anlagenbau
- Sie besitzen ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis von Maschinenbauprojekten und eine ausgeprägte KI-Affinität mit erster Erfahrung in branchenüblichen Systemen
- Sie sind weltweit reisebereit (ca. 25%) und führen Gespräche und Verhandlungen sicher
- Sie haben eine besonders ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, sind kommunikativ, entscheidungsfreudig und teamfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
