Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Zeit-, Personal- und Kostenplanung sowie die Überwachung unserer Automatisierungsprojekte
- Sie erstellen Pflichtenhefte
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu Kund:innen für Abstimmungen, Projektorganisation, Anforderungsermittlung und Auftragsänderungen
- Sie überwachen und steuern die Maschinenentwicklungsprozesse
- Sie führen und koordinieren die Projektteilnehmer:innen in allen Gewerken
- Sie betreuen und planen FAT-, SAT- und andere Kundentermine sowohl in unserem Werk als auch bei Kund:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch (C1 Niveau) und gehen routiniert mit MS Office-Anwendungen um, während Sie strukturiert arbeiten
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Anlagenbau
- Sie besitzen ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis von Maschinenbauprojekten und eine ausgeprägte KI-Affinität mit erster Erfahrung in branchenüblichen Systemen
- Sie sind weltweit reisebereit (ca. 25%) und führen Gespräche und Verhandlungen sicher
- Sie haben eine besonders ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, sind kommunikativ, entscheidungsfreudig und teamfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
