Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern den gesamten Auftragsabwicklungsprozess von der Erfassung im ERP-System Navision bis zur finalen Bestätigung an unsere Kund:innen.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Abteilungen Produktion und Einkauf zusammen, um Liefertermine proaktiv zu verfolgen und sicherzustellen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreuen Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen per E-Mail und Telefon und pflegen die dazugehörigen Kundenportale.
- Sie koordinieren die komplette Versandabwicklung und erstellen eigenständig alle notwendigen Ausfuhr- und Zolldokumente.
- Die sorgfältige Pflege der Kunden- und Auftragsstammdaten im ERP-System gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, um eine hohe Datenqualität zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig und besitzen Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch sehr gut und Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie haben Kenntnisse mit dem ERP System Navision, was von Vorteil ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
