Was erwartet dich?
- Du richtest und programmierst unsere Spritzgießmaschinen (Arburg, Demag) für die Verarbeitung hochwertiger Kunststoffe – präzise und effizient
- Du rüstest Formwerkzeuge, erkennst Spritzgießfehler und Störungen und behebst sie eigenverantwortlich
- Du übernimmst die Qualitätsverantwortung und sorgst für einwandfreie Ergebnisse
- Du unterstützt bei Wartung, Reparaturen und der Maschinenbelegungsplanung
- Du teilst Bedienpersonal ein und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d) – Fachrichtung Formteile oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Spritzguss mit, was von Vorteil ist
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist bereit zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
