Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung aktiv bei der Planung, Steuerung und Bauleitung von Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekten mit klarem Fokus auf die Lüftungstechnik.
- Als zentrale fachliche Ansprechperson stehst du unseren Lüftungsmonteur:innen bei technischen Fragen zur Seite und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe auf der Baustelle.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Planer:innen sowie Auftraggeber:innen und stellst einen klaren Informationsfluss zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten sicher.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung der relevanten technischen Regelwerke und Qualitätsstandards und wirkst bei der Abnahme der Lüftungsanlagen mit.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Aufmaßen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Lüftung, z.B. als Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister (m/w/d), Meister SHK (m/w/d), staatlich geprüfter HLK-Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein Ingenieurstudium aus dem Bereich Gebäudetechnik wie z.B. Versorgungstechnik oder Technisches Facility Management oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit Schwerpunkt auf Projekten aus der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) mit, idealerweise in der Lüftungstechnik
- Du kannst die aktuellen Regelwerke im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Lüftung) sicher anwenden
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst sowie selbstständig
- Du hast Idealerweise einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
