Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernehmst die ganzheitliche Administration, Wartung und Überwachung der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kund:innen (Fokus: Schulen, Kitas und KMUs)
- Du betreust und optimierst Serverlandschaften (Windows Server) sowie Virtualisierungsumgebungen auf Basis von Hyper-V
- Du konzipierst moderne IT-Lösungen, planst Migrationsprojekte und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich oder im Team um
- Du administrierst aktive Netzwerkkomponenten und stellst durch VPN, Firewalls und Backup-Lösungen die IT-Sicherheit unserer Kund:innen sicher
- Du berätst unsere Ansprechpartner:innen in Schulen und Unternehmen strategisch bei der technologischen Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT-Landschaft
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf den Support vor Ort oder per Fernwartung und sorgst mit Deinem Fachwissen für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, Fachrichtung Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung, Studium, Weiterbildung oder Umschulung
- Du bist auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit einer Affinität für IT bei uns willkommen
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Implementierung und Administration von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Netzwerken sowie mit Windows Betriebssystemen (Client und Server)
- Du kennst Dich mit Server-Virtualisierung (Hyper V), IT-Sicherheit und Sicherheitstechnologien (Firewalls, VPN, Verschlüsselung, etc.) aus
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Backuptechnologien und -lösungen sowie in aktiven Netzwerkkomponenten (Routing, VLAN, etc.)
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau bist, kommunikationsstark im Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen und arbeitest strukturiert und systematisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
