Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Betreuung eines definierten Unternehmensbereichs und sind erste Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
- Sie bearbeiten unterschiedliche Themenfelder der Personalentwicklung, wie strukturierte Mitarbeitergespräche, Kompetenzentwicklung, Nachfolgeplanung und Talentmanagement
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination, Abstimmung und Priorisierung verschiedener Themen, bringen unterschiedliche Perspektiven und Erwartungen zusammen und entwickeln daraus tragfähige Lösungen
- Sie begleiten Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsthemen durch geeignete Formate, Workshops und Maßnahmen
- Sie organisieren und führen Pflichtschulungen durch und betreuen Stipendiaten und Trainees vor Ort

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben durch Ihre mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung gelernt, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert zu agieren
- Sie bringen nachgewiesene Kompetenzen in der Umsetzung und nachhaltigen Verankerung von Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen mit
- Sie arbeiten sicher im Projektmanagement und haben Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
- Sie haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen souverän zu agieren
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und beraten immer auf Augenhöhe
