- Sie sorgen mit Ihrem Organisationstalent für eine effiziente Strukturierung von Dokumenten, Unterlagen und Büroabläufen, um die Produktionsorganisation zu unterstützen
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Entscheidungen rund um Dienstleistergeschäfte im Produktionsbereich
- Sie prüfen die Leistungsabrechnungen der Dienstleister eigenständig, nehmen bei Bedarf Korrekturen vor und bearbeiten die dazugehörigen Rechnungen im Rechnungssystem
- Sie übernehmen die Terminkoordination sowie die Planung von Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen der Betriebsleitung
- Sie bearbeiten das interne Ideenmanagement
