Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen fachlich acht Mitarbeitende der operativen Qualitätssicherung und organisieren die Labore in Ihrer Schicht
- Sie führen Prüfungen durch, stellen diese sicher und kontrollieren die Warenfreigaben
- Sie prüfen CCPs nach Vorgaben und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Sie führen Rundgänge im Produktionsbereich durch
- Sie lernen neue Mitarbeitende an und festigen deren Wissen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich, idealerweise als Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, und entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und selbstständig
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und motivierend
- Sie verfügen über PC-Kenntnisse und haben Interesse an neuen Tools
- Sie sind bereit zur Schichtarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
