- Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppendaten sowie Ableitung relevanter Zielgruppenbedürfnisse
- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingstrategie inklusive klarer Positionierung und Definition unserer USPs
- Strategische Auswahl und Steuerung geeigneter Marketingkanäle sowie Aufbau eines wirkungsvollen Media-Mix
- Konzeption und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen entlang der Customer Journey (online und offline)
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Website (Content, Struktur, SEO) sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Planung und Umsetzung von Newsletter- und E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Steuerung und datenbasierte Optimierung digitaler Marketingmaßnahmen (z. B. Social Media, Google Ads) anhand relevanter KPIs
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Reportings zur Erfolgsmessung aller Marketingaktivitäten sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld, mit Verständnis für vertriebliche Zusammenhänge
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Online Marketing, Performance Marketing (Social Media, Google Ads) und SEO
- Sicherer Umgang mit Design-Tools (z. B. Canva, Adobe) sowie Erfahrung in Content-Erstellung
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Websites sowie im Newsletter- und E-Mail-Marketing
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und datengetriebener Steuerung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppen und Positionierung
- Kreativität sowie ein klares Verständnis für Markenführung und Differenzierung (Branding)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
