Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere technische Fragen, erstellst technische Berechnungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung.
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote, fasst aktiv nach und stellst sicher, dass alle Fragen geklärt sind, um den Auftrag erfolgreich abzuschließen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle im technischen Vertrieb bildest du ein starkes Team mit dem Außendienst, bereitest Termine vor und unterstützt bei der Betreuung wichtiger Kund:innen.
- Du sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität, indem du Kundenstammdaten sorgfältig pflegst und alle wichtigen Termine und Fristen im Blick behältst.
- Du erkennst Potenziale in unseren technischen Abläufen und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein, um den Service für unsere Kund:innen stetig zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Sanitär, Heizung und Klima, oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in aus einem ähnlichen Handwerk (z. B. Elektrik) großes Interesse am Vertrieb mit.
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast Freude daran, unsere Kund:innen am Telefon und per E-Mail professionell zu betreuen.
- Mit deiner sorgfältigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Terminpflege stets den Überblick.
- Als engagierter Teamplayer arbeitest du eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen und bringst dich gerne mit eigenen Ideen ein.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
