Was erwartet Sie?
- Eine 35 Stunden Vollzeit-Woche
- Sie bearbeiten und analysieren Kundenreklamationen im elektrotechnischen und nicht elektrotechnischen Umfeld
- Sie führen strukturierte Ursachenanalysen durch, wie zum Beispiel 5-Why, Ishikawa oder 8D
- Sie erarbeiten und verfolgen Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen nach
- Sie bewerten Fehlerbilder technisch in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Service
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Reklamationsberichte und kommunizieren mit internen Fachbereichen und Kund:innen
- Sie unterstützen die Qualitätsprozesse entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und arbeiten aktiv an der Verbesserung betrieblicher Qualitätsstandards und -systeme mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, oder Industrieelektriker (m/w/d) oder sind Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) im elektrotechnischen Bereich
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen (mindestens 1-2 Jahre), idealerweise in der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und Normanforderungen, wie zum Beispiel ISO 9001
- Sie arbeiten analytisch und strukturiert
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit CAQ-Systemen ist von Vorteil
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und treten kundenorientiert auf
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
