Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) vielfältige Print- und Digitalmedien – von Broschüren über Messeauftritte bis zu Social-Media-Visuals.
- Du entwickelst kreative Layouts und Bildwelten, die unsere Markenbotschaften visuell übersetzen und dabei stets die CI-Vorgaben im Blick behalten.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Bewegtbildinhalten und erstellst mit Premiere Pro und After Effects kurze Animationen oder Social-Media-Clips.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Art Direction, Text und Beratung bringst du deine Ideen ein, arbeitest Konzepte aus und hilfst dabei, unsere Kundenprojekte visuell zum Leben zu erwecken.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Art Director, idealerweise in einer Kreativagentur – Erfahrung im Healthcare-Bereich ist ein Pluspunkt.
- Du überzeugst mit einem exzellenten Auge für Ästhetik, Bildkomposition und Typografie.
- Die Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects) beherrschst du im Schlaf.
- Du denkst in Möglichkeiten statt in Grenzen, bleibst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben hartnäckig und bringst eine proaktive Macher-Mentalität mit.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Kunden bringst du fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
