Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Büro in der Buchhaltung am Hauptsitz Ober-Ramstadt in Vollzeit eine:n Buchhalter (m/w/d) / Accountant (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Buchung und Erfassung: Du übernimmst die korrekte Erfassung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen, Bankkontoauszügen sowie Zahlungsavisen.
- Abrechnungen: Du kontrollierst und buchst die Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie Kreditkartenabrechnungen.
- Kontenabstimmung: Du führst das Monitoring offener Posten durch.
- Zahlungsverkehr: Du bereitest Zahlungsläufe der Kreditorenbuchhaltung vor, kontrollierst und führst sie aus.
- Analyse: Du entwickelst weitergehende Auswertungen und Analysen und unterstützt damit die Teamleitung und Geschäftsführung.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du arbeitest proaktiv an der Verbesserung und Automatisierung von Prozessen mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Du bringst zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Allgemeinbuchhaltung mit
- Dein Verständnis ist, dass Liquidität das zentrale Fundament eines Unternehmens ist und Du mit deinen täglichen Aufgaben aktiv dazu beiträgst, sie zu optimieren.
- Du verfügst über gute MS Office / Google Workspace Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware, vorzugsweise SAP Business One
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
