- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams der Online-Trainer (m/w/d) und entwickelst dieses strategisch weiter
- Du erkennst Potenziale, förderst individuelle Stärken und begleitest deine Mitarbeitenden aktiv in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung – durch Coaching, Feedback und gezielte Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Teamprozesse und sorgst für eine strukturierte Organisation aller Trainingsaktivitäten
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst moderne, interaktive Lernformate im digitalen Umfeld – von professionellen Online-Trainings über E-Learnings bis hin zu multimedialen Formaten wie Videos, Podcasts oder Micro-Learnings
- Du stellst die hohe Qualität unserer Trainingskonzepte und Lernangebote im vertrieblichen Umfeld sicher, analysierst bestehende Formate und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Lernökosystems (LMS, Tools, Methoden) aktiv voran und bringst neue Ideen in die Lernstrategie ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Pädagogik, Erwachsenenbildung, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast eine Trainerausbildung sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich E-Learning, digitale Trainingsformate und Online-Moderation mit
- Du bist mit Lernplattformen, digitalen Tools und modernen Trainingsmethoden vertraut und probierst neue didaktische Ansätze und Technologien gerne aus
- Du bringst bestenfalls Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise von Versicherungsprodukten, mit
- Du nutzt Tools wie MS Office, Lernmanagementsysteme, SMART, Confluence oder Zoom sicher und routiniert im Arbeitsalltag und setzt vertriebliche Trainingsinhalte praktisch im Verkauf um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
