Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere internationalen Kund:innen im gehobenen Mittelstand im Bereich Finance, Accounting und Controlling
- Du analysierst und optimierst Finanzprozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf Oracle-Lösungen
- Du implementierst und konfigurierst Oracle Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
- Du bringst als ERP Financials & Controlling Consultant fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz- und Controllingprozessen (z. B. Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) ein und kombinierst diese mit deiner Systemexpertise, um effiziente, integrierte End-to-End-Prozesse zu gestalten
- Du planst, konzipierst und führst Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender:innen im Finanzbereich durch
- Du konzipierst und wirkst bei der Umsetzung von Reporting-, Planungs- und Konsolidierungslösungen sowie der Datenübernahme und der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen in den bestehenden IT-Systemarchitekturen mit
- Du unternimmst gelegentliche Reisen zu Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder einem verwandten Feld
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder in der Prozessberatung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Oracle Applications oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Finanzprozessen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Du hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude an der Lösung komplexer Geschäftsprobleme
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
